Archi3DCad Design Group form alliances with engineers, contractors and specialized trades people depending of project needs, wherein Alberto Rodriguez, principal in charge of design, directs each project from concept through final design. All team works directly with Alberto on each project allowing him to have command in every design.

As priority, input from clients is given Alberto strives to work with the clients' requirements to create designs that exceeding expectations.

Alberto Rodriguez Founding principal is responsible for the designs and consulting services of Archi3DCad Design Group. Originally from Colombia, where he earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the ‘Universidad Autónoma del Caribe’ in Barranquilla, Colombia in 1985, Alberto relocated to the United States in 2002 and since then held a position as Associate draftsman and designer with an Architect’s Firm Barry P. Ullmann, Inc. in Clearwater, Florida until opening Archi3DCad Design Group in 2008.

With more than 24 years of experience, Alberto has designed projects that include Building improvement, single room additions, custom single houses, multi-family complexs, condominiums, multi-use public facilities, public Parks, offices and commercial buildings.

Well proficient with ArchiCAD10 ‘Virtual Building (BIM) 3D Architectural CAD Software’ Alberto is truly able to incorporate his computer 3D drawing ability with his years of experience with an American Firm and his Sixteen years experience in Architectural design, Building and development as Colombian licensed Architect.
